1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Algo Forest Technology FZCO ("Algo Forest", "we", "us" or "our"), a free zone company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone subject to applicable DIEZA regulations.

1.2 Scope of Services

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AI Signal Page accessible at https://signals.algoforest.com/ (the "Platform") and all related features, tools, community features, EA scripts, downloadable settings, Usage Credits ("UC"), wallet functionality, S-Plan setup services, and digital services (collectively, the "Services"). The Platform allows users to register free of charge, browse publicly available signals, and review trading performance metrics and analytics. Certain enhanced functions, including account connection for eligible non-Algo Forest EA users and S-Plan technical setup services, require payment or separate eligibility.

1.3 Group Companies

These Terms are binding upon and shall enure to the benefit of our affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, contractors, and agents (collectively "Group Companies"), each of which may enforce these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

1.4 Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

1.5 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Platform" means the AI Signal Page operated by Algo Forest Technology FZCO at https://signals.algoforest.com/.
• "Performance Data" means all historical and real-time trading account statistics displayed on the Platform, including equity, drawdown, deposit, withdrawal, trading history, risk metrics, EA configuration settings, and AI-generated behavioural analytics, provided for informational and monitoring purposes only.
• "EA" or "Expert Advisor" means an automated trading algorithm operated by the User on a third-party trading platform such as MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5.
• "UC" or "Usage Credits" means digital usage credits purchased through the UC Shop and applied to access certain premium Platform functions.
• "UC Shop" means the section of the Platform through which users may purchase UC bundles.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance area where purchased UC credits are held until used.
• "S-Plan" means the technical setup and provisioning service offered by Algo Forest, through which the Company assists a User in configuring a dedicated VPS environment, installing MetaTrader software, and deploying a compatible Algo Forest EA selected by the User based on the User's own purchase, enabling the User to monitor resulting performance through the Platform.
• "Investor Password" means the read-only, view-only credentials for a MetaTrader account that permits monitoring and display of trading activity but does not permit trade execution, modification, or cancellation.
• "Master Password" means the full-access credentials for a MetaTrader account that permit trade execution, modification, cancellation, and account management. The Company never requests, stores, or uses the Master Password.
• "Connected Account" means a trading account linked by a user to the Platform for display and analysis purposes.
• "Algo Forest EA Owner" means a user who validly owns an eligible Algo Forest proprietary EA.
• "Non-Algo Forest EA User" means a user connecting an account associated with an EA not owned or issued by Algo Forest.
• "User Content" means any trading data, performance metrics, EA settings, forum posts, comments, or other information contributed to or generated through the Platform.
• "Third-Party Broker" means any brokerage platform connected to the Platform via API by the User.
• "Scripts" means EA scripts and related software products available through Algo Forest or related sales channels.
• "Settings" means downloadable EA configuration files including .set files intended for compatible Algo Forest EA products.
• "FX Tools" means the reference calculators and market tools on the Platform, including the Position Size Calculator, Margin Calculator, Martingale Calculator, and Economic Calendar.
• "Community Features" means Signal Groups, Liked Signals, Forum, and other interactive features on the Platform.
• "PDPL" means the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and its implementing regulations).
• "Consumer Protection Law" means UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing Executive Regulations.
• "DIAC" means the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
• "DMC" means the Dubai Mediation Centre.
• "Commercial Dispute" means any dispute arising in a business-to-business capacity or relating to intellectual property, data, competitive covenants, or contractual obligations outside consumer transactions.
• "Consumer Dispute" means any dispute arising between the Company and a User acting as a natural person consumer for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND REGULATORY STATUS

2.1 Nature of the Platform

2.1.1 The Platform is an EA performance analytics and monitoring service. It displays historical and real-time Performance Data from trading accounts connected by Users via API. The Platform does not generate, recommend, or suggest trades of any kind.

2.1.2 All Performance Data — including equity curves, drawdown statistics, trade history, risk metrics, EA settings, and AI-generated behavioural analysis — is provided strictly for informational, monitoring, and educational reference purposes only. No data constitutes a trading signal, investment recommendation, financial advice, or invitation to trade.

2.1.3 Algo Forest Technology FZCO is a technology development company (including software development, IT infrastructure services, and data analytics). We are NOT a financial adviser, investment manager, broker-dealer, signal provider, portfolio manager, or financial institution of any kind.

2.2 No Trade Execution

2.2.1 The Platform does not execute, initiate, modify, or cancel any trades or orders. All trading activity is conducted exclusively by the User's EA on the User's own broker platform under the User's own control.

2.2.2 In any S-Plan scenario, Algo Forest's role is strictly limited to technical infrastructure setup and monitoring facilitation. Algo Forest does not decide when trades are opened or closed, does not input trading parameters on behalf of the User, and does not exercise any discretionary control over the User's broker account.

2.2.3 Algo Forest does not request or hold the User's Master Password at any time. Any read-only monitoring access is limited to Investor Password credentials or equivalent view-only access provided solely for monitoring and analytics display purposes.

2.3 Regulatory Status

2.3.1 Algo Forest Technology FZCO is registered under the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone and regulated by DIEZA for business licensing purposes. The Company is NOT licensed by the UAE Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA) as a financial services provider.

2.3.2 We do not conduct regulated financial activities. Nothing displayed or available on the Platform constitutes an invitation, offer, or recommendation to acquire, dispose of, subscribe for, or underwrite securities, futures contracts, or collective investment schemes.

Note: The Company's role under these Terms is structured as technology provisioning, software deployment assistance, analytics display, and monitoring support only.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER REPRESENTATIONS

3.1 By registering or using the Services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You must have full legal capacity under the laws of your country of residence, and must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You understand that Performance Data is historical and not indicative of future results.
• You have connected any Demo or Live Accounts voluntarily and accept full responsibility for all trading consequences.
• Where S-Plan is used, you understand that a Demo Account setup is required and completed before any Live Account setup is permitted by the Company.

3.2 For S-Plan Live Account setup, you acknowledge and agree that you must first test the EA on a Demo Account. The decision of when Demo testing is successful is entirely your own, based on your own will and risk assessment.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate access at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

The Services are provided from the UAE. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform, including any S-Plan or EA deployment, complies with applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence or jurisdiction. The Company does not represent that the Services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

3.5 Cross-Border Consumer Rights

If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or any other jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract or choice of law, nothing in these Terms shall operate to deprive you of those mandatory rights. In such cases, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions shall apply only to the extent permitted by your local mandatory law.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, FREE ACCESS, UC CREDITS, AND SECURITY

4.1 You must create a Platform Account by providing accurate contact information. Each User may maintain only one active Platform Account unless written permission is obtained.

4.2 Registration for a Platform Account is free of charge. Users may browse the Platform and review publicly available Performance Data without payment.

4.3 Access to certain premium functions is subject to separate eligibility rules or UC credit requirements.

4.4 UC Credits and Wallet

4.4.1 The Platform operates a UC Shop through which users may purchase UC bundles. UC is a digital usage credit used to access certain premium Platform functions.

4.4.2 UC bundle pricing is displayed on the Platform and may be amended by the Company. All displayed prices are subject to final confirmation at checkout.

4.4.3 Purchased UC credits are stored in the User's Wallet. UC credits do not expire merely by remaining unused in the Wallet, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated on the Platform.

4.4.4 UC credits are digital consumable credits. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

4.5 Account Connection Rules

4.5.1 For eligible Non-Algo Forest EA Users, one (1) UC is required to connect one (1) trading account to the Platform and activate enhanced analytical features for that Connected Account.

4.5.2 Each UC-funded connection remains valid for thirty (30) days from activation. When that period ends, premium analytical access for that Connected Account ends unless the User manually applies another UC from the Wallet.

4.5.3 No automatic renewal, recurring subscription billing, or automatic UC deduction applies. Users are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient Wallet balance to continue premium analytical access after expiry.

4.5.4 Algo Forest EA Owners may connect eligible accounts without UC charge, subject to product ownership verification and internal entitlement rules.

4.5.5 Purchase of UC does not guarantee any trading result, analytical outcome, account ranking, strategy performance, or financial return.

4.6 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, ensuring your API and broker access permissions are appropriate, and immediately notifying us at info@algoforest.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4.7 We may request identity verification, proof of address, or payment verification for fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute handling purposes.

5. LICENSE GRANT

5.1 The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal informational and educational reference purposes only.

5.2 You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, resell, commercially exploit, scrape, redistribute, or use the Services to build competing products or services.

5.3 Violation of any license terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COMPETITIVE RESTRICTIONS

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform, S-Plan workflows, Scripts, Settings, tools, content, and branding are owned exclusively by Algo Forest Technology FZCO, Group Companies, or their respective licensors.

6.2 During your use of the Services and for twenty-four (24) months after termination, you covenant not to operate a competing EA performance analytics platform or offer materially similar services using methodologies, structures, or proprietary know-how derived from the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6.3 Any feedback you provide may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law.

7. PLATFORM DATA DISPLAY, AI ANALYTICS, AND PUBLIC VISIBILITY

7.1 Platform Function

The Platform functions exclusively as an EA performance monitoring and analytics display service. Its purpose is to receive trading account data via API from the User's connected broker account and display that data on the Platform.

7.2 Public Display and Disconnection

7.2.1 By connecting a trading account to the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the Connected Account's Performance Data will be displayed publicly to all visitors on the Platform, unless you disconnect the account using the available disconnect button on the Platform.

7.2.2 The Platform provides a functional button that allows you to disconnect your account from the AI Signal Page at any time. Upon disconnection, the live display of your Performance Data will cease immediately. Historical data may remain visible unless you submit a deletion request under Clause 13.5.

7.2.3 You are solely responsible for deciding whether to connect any Demo Account or Live Account and for using the disconnection feature when you no longer wish your Performance Data to be publicly visible.

7.3 User Responsibility for EA Operations

Your EA operates on your own broker platform under your own settings. You are solely responsible for configuring, monitoring, pausing, resuming, or discontinuing its use. Connecting an account to the Platform does not create any advisory or management relationship with Algo Forest.

8. S-PLAN TECHNICAL SETUP SERVICE

8.1 Nature of S-Plan

8.1.1 S-Plan is a technical setup and provisioning service offered by Algo Forest Technology FZCO. Under S-Plan, the Company assists the User in configuring a dedicated trading environment, which may include:

• Provisioning a Virtual Private Server (VPS)
• Installing MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 on that VPS
• Installing an Algo Forest EA selected by the User based on the User's prior purchase from Algo Forest channels onto that VPS environment
• Enabling the resulting environment to feed Performance Data to the Platform for display and analytics

8.1.2 S-Plan is a technical infrastructure service only. The Company does not execute, manage, or control any trades through S-Plan.

8.2 Credentials and Access — Investor Password Only

8.2.1 For monitoring and display purposes under S-Plan, the User agrees to provide the Company with the Investor Password (read-only credentials) and Account ID for their trading account. The Investor Password permits viewing and monitoring of trading activity only — it does not permit trade execution, modification, cancellation, or any account management function.

8.2.2 The Company never requests, stores, or uses the Master Password. The User retains exclusive control over the Master Password at all times.

8.2.3 Because the Company holds only the Investor Password, it is contractually and technically infeasible for Algo Forest to execute, modify, or cancel any trade on the User's behalf. The User may revoke access at any time by changing the Investor Password through their broker platform.

8.2.4 For the avoidance of doubt: Algo Forest Technology FZCO does not operate, manage, or have any discretionary authority over the User's trading account. The Investor Password is used solely to read trade data for display on the Platform.

8.3 User Control and Responsibility

8.3.1 The User, not the Company, shall at all times:

• Enter their own broker account credentials (Master Password) directly into the MT4/MT5 terminal on their own VPS
• Select which Algo Forest EA to deploy, based on their own prior purchase
• Configure all EA parameters and risk settings as they see fit
• Activate or deactivate the EA's auto-trading function (turn it on or off)
• Monitor and manage all trading activity independently

8.3.2 The Company has no power or ability to activate, deactivate, or modify the EA's trading status on behalf of the User.

8.4 Mandatory Demo Account Requirement

8.4.1 Prior to connecting any Live Account through S-Plan, the User must first test the EA on a Demo Account.

8.4.2 The decision of when and how to determine that Demo testing has been successful is entirely the User's own, based on the User's own judgment and risk assessment. The Company does not impose minimum duration, minimum number of trades, or any objective success criteria for Demo testing.

8.4.3 By requesting Live Account setup under S-Plan, you confirm that you have tested the EA on a Demo Account and accept all risks associated with moving to a Live Account environment.

8.5 S-Plan Fees

8.5.1 S-Plan is a paid service. Fees, billing frequency, and applicable terms will be displayed on the Platform or communicated at the time of purchase.

8.5.2 S-Plan fees are separate from UC credits and are subject to the refund and payment terms in Section 17 of these Terms.

8.6 S-Plan Disclaimer

8.6.1 S-Plan provides technical setup assistance only. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding:

• The performance, profitability, or risk profile of any EA deployed through S-Plan
• The reliability, uptime, or security of any third-party VPS provider
• The compatibility of any EA with any specific broker, trading instrument, or market condition

8.6.2 The User acknowledges that S-Plan does not constitute financial advice, investment management, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service of any kind.

8.7 Third-Party VPS Provider

S-Plan may involve third-party VPS infrastructure (e.g., Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, or other providers). The User acknowledges that the VPS provider's own terms of service apply separately. Algo Forest Technology FZCO disclaims all liability for any loss, downtime, data loss, or security breach originating from the third-party VPS provider.

9. FX TOOLS AND REFERENCE CALCULATORS

9.1 The Platform may provide reference tools including a Position Size Calculator, Margin Calculator, Martingale Calculator, and Economic Calendar. These tools are provided for informational and educational reference only.

9.2 Outputs from any FX Tool do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading instructions. You must independently verify all outputs before making any trading decision.

9.3 MARTINGALE WARNING: Martingale strategies involve progressively increasing position sizes following losses and carry an extreme risk of rapid and total capital loss. Use of the Martingale Calculator does not constitute an endorsement of this strategy.

10. RISK DISCLOSURE

10.1 Trading financial instruments involves significant risk, including but not limited to: total loss of capital, market volatility, execution delays, broker outages, EA logic failures, VPS downtime, and third-party platform disruptions.

10.2 All Performance Data displayed on the Platform is historical. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

10.3 AI-generated behavioural analysis may contain errors, limitations, or inaccurate inferences and is provided for informational reference only.

11. COMMUNITY FEATURES AND FORUM

11.1 The Platform may include Community Features such as Signal Groups, Liked Signals, and a Forum. These are open discussion spaces and do not constitute financial advisory services.

11.2 You are solely responsible for all content you post. You must not post financial advice, false information, unlawful content, spam, or material infringing third-party rights.

11.3 The Company may remove any content or restrict participation at its sole discretion without notice, subject to applicable law.

12. SCRIPTS, SETTINGS, AND DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

12.1 Scripts

Scripts available through Algo Forest channels are EA software products. Each Script may be subject to individual product terms where applicable.

12.2 Settings

12.2.1 Downloadable settings files, including .set files, may be made available free of charge to registered Platform users.

12.2.2 Such Settings are reference configurations intended for use only with compatible Algo Forest EA products available through separate channels not operated as the same sales interface as the Platform.

12.2.3 Download of a Settings file does not include, transfer, or grant ownership of the underlying EA required to use that file.

12.2.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the correct compatible Algo Forest EA before attempting to use any downloaded Settings file.

12.2.5 The Company is not responsible if a User downloads a Settings file but does not own or have access to the compatible EA required to implement it.

12.3 Digital Rights Management

Scripts and downloadable Settings may include DRM or license-control technology to protect intellectual property. You may not bypass, tamper with, or circumvent any DRM protection, share activation keys, or install software on unauthorized devices.

13. DATA PRIVACY AND MONITORING

13.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UAE PDPL. Data collected may include:

• Account registration details
• Device and usage logs
• Trading Performance Data from voluntarily connected accounts (via Investor Password only under S-Plan)
• Verification documents where requested
• Community Feature interactions

13.2 We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, authenticate users, display Performance Data in accordance with the Service design, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

13.3 Third-party advertising or analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to applicable law and available consent settings.

13.4 Under the PDPL, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, subject to lawful limitations. Submit data rights requests to: info@algoforest.com.

13.5 Right to Deletion of Connected Account Data

If you wish to delete your Platform Account or remove your Connected Account's historical Performance Data from the Platform, you may request deletion by emailing info@algoforest.com. The Company will comply within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes such as anonymised statistical aggregates. You may also disconnect your account using the Platform button at any time, which will stop live display but may not automatically erase historical data unless you submit a deletion request.

14. DISCLAIMERS AND RISK WARNINGS

14.1 All Performance Data, AI analysis, FX Tool outputs, Settings, Forum content, and other Platform content are provided on an "as is" basis for informational and educational reference only.

14.2 Nothing on the Platform or through S-Plan constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.

14.3 The Company makes no warranty that the Platform, S-Plan environment, VPS infrastructure, broker connection, EA performance, or any third-party system will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE Federal Law and DIEZA regulations, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees actually paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, including UC purchases and S-Plan fees where applicable; or (b) AED 500.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including UAE Consumer Protection Law.

15.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algo Forest Technology FZCO, Group Companies, and their officers, employees, and agents against claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising directly from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

16. FEES, PAYMENT, UC PURCHASES, S-PLAN, AND REFUND POLICY

16.1 Registration and general browsing access to the Platform are free of charge.

16.2 Certain premium functions, including UC-funded account connection for eligible Non-Algo Forest EA Users, require payment through the UC Shop.

16.3 S-Plan technical setup services are subject to separate fees as displayed on the Platform or communicated at the time of purchase.

16.4 General Settings downloads may be made available free of charge to registered users, but effective use of such Settings requires separate possession of the relevant compatible Algo Forest EA.

16.5 UC purchases are one-time manual top-ups only. The Platform does not impose automatic recurring subscription billing for UC purchases.

16.6 All UC purchases, S-Plan fees, and digital product payments are non-refundable once credits are issued, setup is delivered, or digital access is provided, except where required by applicable UAE law or where a material defect exists.

16.7 A material defect may include: (a) a digital product that is fundamentally non-functional as delivered; (b) S-Plan setup that fails to function as described after reasonable troubleshooting; or (c) Platform unavailability exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days through no fault of the User.

16.8 Chargebacks or payment reversals may constitute a material breach and may result in suspension of access pending investigation.

17. TERMINATION

17.1 You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing or ceasing use of the Services.

17.2 The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud risk, platform abuse, legal compliance requirements, or security reasons.

17.3 Upon termination, your license to use restricted materials ends immediately. Clauses intended to survive termination remain in force.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil or military authority actions, fire, floods, pandemics, strikes, power outages, internet or VPS provider failures, or governmental actions.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

19.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable UAE Federal laws, UAE Consumer Protection Law, PDPL, Dubai Silicon Oasis rules, and DIEZA regulations.

19.2 Commercial Disputes

For Commercial Disputes, the parties agree to: (a) attempt good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice; (b) if unresolved, proceed to mediation administered by the Dubai Mediation Centre (DMC) or an agreed independent mediator for sixty (60) days; and (c) if still unresolved, submit to binding arbitration administered by DIAC under its 2022 Arbitration Rules, with the seat in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English.

19.3 Consumer Disputes

Where a User qualifies as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law, that User retains the right to bring a claim before the competent Dubai Courts or applicable UAE consumer protection authority regardless of any arbitration clause. No provision of these Terms shall be construed to deprive a consumer of mandatory statutory rights.

19.4 Limitation Period

For Commercial Disputes, claims should be brought within three (3) years of the date the claimant knew or ought to have known of the cause of action, subject to mandatory law. Consumer limitation periods are governed by applicable statutory law and may not be contractually shortened where prohibited.

20. GENERAL PROVISIONS

20.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.

20.2 The Company may amend these Terms from time to time by updating the Platform and giving notice where required. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

20.3 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

20.4 No waiver is effective unless made in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

20.5 The Company may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or successors. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.

20.6 The English version prevails in the event of conflict with any translation, subject to mandatory law.

By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, purchasing UC, using S-Plan, connecting a trading account, downloading Settings, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
• You understand the Platform displays Performance Data only and does not execute trades or provide financial advice.
• You understand that uploaded Connected Account data is publicly visible on the Platform, but you may disconnect your account at any time using the available button.
• You understand that UC purchases are one-time manual top-ups and that premium analytical access ends after the applicable 30-day connection period unless another UC is manually applied.
• You understand that Settings downloads do not include the compatible Algo Forest EA required to use them.
• You understand that S-Plan is a technical setup service only, that the Company holds only Investor Password (read-only) credentials and cannot execute trades, and that you retain full control over all trading decisions and EA activation.
• You acknowledge that you must test the EA on a Demo Account before any Live Account S-Plan setup, and that the decision of when Demo testing is successful is entirely your own.
• You acknowledge all risk disclosures in these Terms and accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions, EA usage, and broker account activity.
